My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were lacking in some aspects, the service and location made it memorable. The dining options were decent, but there were some downsides to consider. Overall, it was a stay with highs and lows.

The room I stayed in was a bit gloomy with dark wood panelling and red curtains. It lacked a desk/table and chair, which was a downside. The shower was powerful, and the toiletries provided were nice.

The hospitality staff here were very friendly and helpful. From the reception to the restaurant and bell desk, they looked after us so well that we ended up extending our stay. However, there was an incident of rudeness and aggressiveness from one of the staff members.
